London Fashion Week
London Fashion Week is the second of the Big Four Fashion Weeks sequentially.
It comes after New York Fashion Week, and before Milan Week. Abbreviated as LFW, more than 250 international designers appear here.
London Fashion Week is held twice a year; one for fall-winter season, and the other for next year’s spring-summer season.
London Fashion Week is the latest international fashion week to be launched, and was launched by the British Fashion Council in 1983.
However, its importance is actually equivalent to the fashion weeks in Paris, New York and Milan, as very large numbers of journalists, designers and models participate.

Impact of Queen Elizabeth II’s death and royal funeral
With the attendance of more than 106 fashion designers from around the world, the London Fashion Week Spring-Summer 2023 began.
The death of the British Queen Elizabeth II left feelings of sadness that clouded the city of fog.
The organizers of this global event launched a statement emphasizing their sadness for the death of the Queen, the tendency to reduce the shows, and cancel the celebrations out of respect for the feelings of the British people.
