Return and Exchange policy:

  • You can return the purchased item only if there is an issue in the item from the store.
  • You can return the purchased item within three days from the purchase date. It a must keep the item safe from any damage or uses.
  • The customer will pay the shipping fees for returning cases which will include shipment fees for the returned item to the store & shipment fees for the new purchased item after returning phase.
  • There are types of products can’t be returned. You can check them through product page before purchasing.
  • In case of using “cash on delivery” service, you can only return the purchased item directly to shipment employee after trying it and before paying item price, you will not be able to return the item later.
